Arnaud founded Optim'EASE in February 2024 and currently holds the position of Partner within this entity. Arnaud has acquired nearly 25 years of experience in business consulting. He has spent most of his career working on operational performance projects for a wide variety of clients. His clients were in various industries (public sector, healthcare, corporate services, banking, investment funds, industry, etc.). Its projects mainly concern operational departments, human resources or procurement. As an expert in change management, Arnaud does not define himself as "advisor", he advances hand in hand with his clients to obtain measurable and concrete results. As a true field partner supporting his clients in implementing their transformation objectives, it shares the risks by regularly offering an indexed share of its fees on results and return on investment. He works with a team of consultants who rely on proven methods and who do not stop at defining concepts. They accompany their clients until the implementation of simple and pragmatic solutions is achieved. This approach requires consultants to be experts in two areas namely, combining process engineering and proactive change management. Prior to joining Optim’EASE, Arnaud was a Partner in a Big 4 and prior to that he was an Associate Partner for over 15 years in another consulting firm. Before joining Optim'EASE, Nicola worked for several years at LuxairCargo, first as a process and project engineer, then as manager of Warehouse & Office operations, where he was initially involved in digital aspects, then in managerial aspects. He then joined Deloitte, where he developed his consulting skills. During his studies, Nicola founded a sole proprietorship in the cycle industry and gained experience in the fields of consulting and retailing, marketing, stock management and online sales. At the same time, he also founded a start-up aimed at developing amphibious and gyroscopic equipment for land and water-based leisure activities. Nicola has also developed computer skills with software such as VBA, Power BI, AutoCAD, etc. Nicola has excellent interpersonal skills, pays attention to detail and is eager to commit to the various projects to which he is assigned. Nicola is fluent in French (mother tongue), English and Serbian, and has an advanced understanding of German, Luxembourgish and Spanish.
