Then comes Process Optimization (with a global vision called End to End) which consists of reviewing collaboration methods, simplifying tasks or even digitalizing them.
During this process review, it is necessary to analyze the level of digital maturity and to consider opportunities for digitalization and real-time data collection for informed decision-making.
