Our approach is broken down into 3 stages, around the 3 areas of work and with a combination of 3 objectives, all supported through strong involvement as well as change management as close as possible to the field. Our Operational Excellence approach is based around:

  • SCAN

    The scanning phase which should allow us to:

    • Carry out an inventory of your organization, your processes and your tools
    • Analyze the potential for improvement (quantitative and qualitative) with a view to structuring an action plan and calculating a return on investment (payback)
    • Obtain team buy-in (listen via a participatory approach) in order to initiate the change management process
  • IMPLEMENTATION

    The implementation phase which consists of: 

    • Implement the action plan according to the defined road map
    • Achieve the common goals we are committed to
    • Moving from “task-oriented” team management to “results-oriented” team management
  • MONITORING

    The monitoring phase:

    • Ensure new work habits are maintained over time
    • Maintain the gains acquired on a recurring basis

At the heart of our approach to transformation, we work on three areas of improvement:

First of all, it is necessary to concentrate on the Target Operating Model (TOM), which corresponds to the first step necessary to support all of the necessary adaptations.

Then comes Process Optimization (with a global vision called End to End) which consists of reviewing collaboration methods, simplifying tasks or even digitalizing them.

During this process review, it is necessary to analyze the level of digital maturity and to consider opportunities for digitalization and real-time data collection for informed decision-making. This stage also includes the monitoring of activities, in other words the existence of reports and the use made of them by the teams and management.

And finally, it is essential to insist on the need to support these 3 levers through change management close to the field. By combining these different areas of improvement, we are able to support our clients in building a solid foundation for sustainable growth and optimal performance, both from the point of view of customer service, cost management and risks mitigation.
