The DATAmaestro software is based on cutting-edge machine learning technology adapted to real industrial challenges. With more than 20 years of experience, PEPITe provides Advanced Analytics tools, skills and knowledge to reduce the environmental impact of manufacturing processes by making them more efficient and more economical.

    Our ambition is to offer a common service offering which consists of combining data aspects and artificial intelligence with notions of Governance and Organization.

    The developed solution plugs into the various IT systems (PLCs, ERP, MES, xls files, etc.) in real time in order to analyze all of the processes that support industrial activity. This same solution, based on AI and machine learning, will subsequently be able to propose the modifications of parameters necessary to improve productivity, reduce energy consumption, excess PM consumption, CO2 emissions, etc. everything being based on the observed variabilities as well as the performance history of the production line.
